The speaker, Dr. João Pedro Gouveia, a senior researcher and invited assistant professor at FCT NOVA within the CENSE, will present the work of the EU Energy Poverty Advisory Hub as the centre of energy poverty expertise in Europe for local governments and all stakeholders interested in taking action to combat energy poverty.
