The second module of the EPAH course is addressing the vulnerability factors, how to reach energy users and good practices on energy poverty measurement, among other lessons.
The course "Energy poverty in Europe: From policy framework to integration in local action plans" is run by the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH). It is accessible to all, with the aim of assisting decision makers of local governments to initiate a local policy or design a plan to tackle it in their municipality or region. You can register and follow the course at your own pace.
