Description
The POWER UP final brochure presents key insights on how to develop social business models to fight energy poverty. It is available in 7 languages: EN, FR, IT, ES, CZ, MK, NL. Drawing on concrete experience from six countries, the publication shows how municipalities can design and implement inclusive energy services that deliver tangible benefits for households experiencing vulnerability. The brochure translates on-the-ground project experience gathered over 4 years into clear, accessible guidance. It highlights the main building blocks of socially oriented energy models, including governance choices (who leads?), financing approaches (who makes the investment?), stakeholder engagement (how to organise co-creation workshops?). It is all about giving people in energy poverty agency and making sure they can participate without bearing financial risk.
