Discover inspirational local actions, organisations and policies from across Europe

Energy poverty in Europe is heavily characterised by regional differences among countries. The EPAH team is selecting a variety of practices from European cities, villages, and towns that can inspire your municipality to address energy poverty by adopting the local approach that fits the needs of your community.

In October 2021, we launched our report highlighting a small number of cases that address different topics such as heating and cooling systems, energy communities, gender, building renovations, energy audits as well as proposing various intervention types such as mapping energy poverty, financial mechanisms, consumer advices, raising awareness, stakeholder engagement etc.

Additionally, our online interactive ATLAS showcases a long list of inspirational local level projects and measures on Energy Poverty mitigation. Do you also know projects or measures? You can submit your good example via our helpdesk infoatenergypoverty [dot] eu (info[at]energypoverty[dot]eu) .

Finally, you can access a database of policies, publications, and organisations working on energy poverty from across Europe. Do you also work on energy poverty and you want to submit one of the above in our database? You can send it to our helpdesk at: infoatenergypoverty [dot] eu (info[at]energypoverty[dot]eu) .
