Benefit payment for vulnerable energy buyer - Naknada za ugroženog kupca energenata

Policies and Measures

The measure consists of financial support offered to vulnerable consumers. They can co-finance the electricity costs through benefit payment. The financial support can be used by beneficiaries of the guaranteed minimum fee or beneficiaries of personal disability allowance. The amount provided up to a maximum of HRK 200 (approximately 26 EUR) per month.

The measure is funded by all electrical energy consumers: for every kWh there is a "solidarity surcharge" of 0,004 EUR. These funds are used to finance "Benefit payment for vulnerable energy buyer" measure.
