Free energy scan (Gratis energiescan)

Policies and Measures

The energy scan is a quick assessment of the building, similar to an energy audit, but not quite as detailed. A person comes to the house that the tenant/owner requested the scan for, inspects the building, gives tips about energy consumption, heating and lighting and implements minor energy-saving measures valued up to € 25.

The energy scan is free of charge for special target groups (vulnerable population):

  • 'Protected customers' (people entitled to social tariffs for gas and electricity).
  • Customers with active budget meters for electricity or natural gas.
  • Customers of energy loans.
  • Tenants renting through social housing company or social rental office.
  • Tenants paying less that € 578 (depending on location € 528) per month.
  • Free energy scan (Gratis energiescan)
