The project aims to implement a one-stop shop to tackle energy poverty in the Grenoble metropolitan area. It brings together all the actors likely to intervene and a single referent directs towards the institutions likely to respond: appointment with the platform, orientation towards a diagnosis with a social worker, a lawyer from the ADIL, The solutions will be adapted to the needs: excessive consumption, unpaid bills or risk of disconnection, feeling of discomfort in the home, knowing the rights. Together with the expert, the aim is to reduce consumption, find solutions to pay bills, increase income thanks to an identification by one of the partners, diagnosis, action plan examined by a multidisciplinary committee with adapted solutions: work, financial aid, legal advice etc.
Main beneficiaries: the energy poor and low income population.
