The session will focus on how municipalities and EU projects are tackling energy poverty through strategic planning, innovative funding mechanisms, and practical renovation support. Speakers will showcase experiences from the RENOVERTY project and the Municipality of Cascais, presenting concrete solutions like rural energy efficiency roadmaps and community-targeted energy transition funds.
