Information Day on Energy Poverty in Cyprus

The Cyprus Energy Office and the National Network Against Poverty are jointly organising an information day titled “Addressing the Challenges of Energy Poverty in Cyprus: Impacts, Strategy and Proposed Solutions.”

Held under the umbrella of the European Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH), the event will take place in Greek on Thursday, 12 June 2025, from 16:00 to 18:30 at the Pallouriotissa Market Cultural Center in Nicosia.

The event will explore the dimensions of energy poverty in Cyprus, with a focus on strategic and practical responses. The agenda includes:

• An introduction by the National Network Against Poverty

• A presentation on the definition and components of energy poverty

• Two panel discussions on clean, affordable, and reliable energy & energy performance of buildings
