Policies and Measures
The project focused on training families in simple and low-cost construction techniques that allowed them to improve the thermal insulation of their homes. The activities developed include the development of trainings and workshops. The pilot contemplated a construction improvement phase, in which a group of neighbors would participate together with specialized builders in the process of thermal improvement of their homes.
