The MultiHome project will establish self-sufficient integrated home renovation model encompassing strong technical expertise and multi-level cooperation with the renovation market stakeholders to accelerate the implementation of the Renovation Wave and its supporting policies in Plovdiv Region.
Thanks to its structured cooperation with all 18 Plovdiv municipalities as well as building/homeowners and renovation providers in Plovdiv Region, the MultiHome project will develop a dedicated Service hub and Platform that will support 1 700 dwellings in single- and multi-apartment buildings in implementing ambitious, deep renovation actions throughout the project lifetime and beyond. It will also develop a long-term roadmap and policy interception documents to support the future renovation of the residential building stock in the region.
The MultiHome project envisages numerous interactive and participatory live events for networking and promoting advanced renovation solutions to the building/homeowners, incl. Marketplace brokerage and match-making events, Renovation Champions and Trusted Supplier Roadshows, and others. It will also develop Citizen Renovation Toolbox and “Trusted supplier” label ensuring high quality and professional conduct in enhanced renovation value chains. It will cooperate with financial bodies to elaborate financial models to support the building/homeowners in finding match funding for their renovation. Also, the MultiHome project will provide knowledge and capacity transfer for 5 local authorities and 2 other regions as well as numerous EU practitioners.
