International project
The project aims to establish an EU-specific framework to overcome barriers to residential energy renovation. They plan to create a European Community of Practice of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) with around 600 members. Seven community platforms will be established across six Member States to enhance the IHRS model implementation. Other activities include capacity building, policy dialogues and consulting 150 public authorities.
