Affordable Warmth Service

Changeworks' Affordable Warmth Service worked across Midlothian to support Melville Housing Association tenants to be warmer in their homes and to afford their energy bills. They worked to raise awareness of fuel poverty issues, and promote energy saving top tips.

A team of advisors and volunteers provide tailored in-depth support to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy costs and are specialists in resolving billing and debt issues.
