Subsidy for house renovation from the Municipality of Karposh

Policies and Measures

The Municipality of Karposh was providing 100% subsidies for the renovation of façades and roofs of MFABs from 2009. In 2017 the subsidies decreased to 70%, while in 2021 the subsidies decreased to 50%. The programme is implemented in partnership with Habitat Macedonia. There is a public call, and homeowner associations apply for the subsidies. The municipality can provide 50% subsidy for the façade and 30% for the roof of MFABs, up to €7,000 and €2,500 respectively.

Funding for 2021: €65,000.
