Through research and energy efficiency intervention in 7 pilots, the project monitors the impact of different measures for energy poverty on the physical and mental health and wellbeing of participants. Future research will also include cost-effectiveness analysis of the different interventions for energy poverty implemented in these pilot cities.
Some concrete key performance indicators include:
- 7 urban programmes adapted to pilots context
- 1750 people being part of the study, involving 875 people in the intervention group benefitting from support measures (and 875 as part of the control group
Regarding measurements:
- 1750 questionnaires every 6 months during 1 year (M0, M6, M12, M18)
- 180 qualitative interviews on energy poverty and ill-health at different periods
- Temperature, humidity and CO2 sensors data inside pilots households collected during 12 months
