Vulnerable Consumers and Fuel Poverty Report

This study was published as part of the EU-funded ASSIST project. It address the situation of energy poverty in six EU member states. It analyses existing policies to battle energy poverty and support vulnerable consumers and presents the results from a survey on vulnerable consumers in each of the six member states. The study discusses best practices for financial measures to support energy poverty.
