Solidarity fund for housing - Fonds de solidarité logement (FSL)

Policies and Measures

This measure offers an emergency fund available on demand for people having difficulties paying their rents, electricity bills, anything linked to their household's well-being.

Criteria to benefit from this help: income, ratio between income and rent, other social tariffs received etc. Consumers need to reach out to social workers to request for funds. This measure is a response to an emergency situation. It does not provide a permanent solution to alleviating energy poverty but ensures a safety net for vulnerable consumers.
