Policies and Measures
This measure provides households with financial assistance to improve the energy efficiency of their housing. Its total budget during the first phase was 897,75 million euro while for the Attica prefecture, the budget was 160 million euro. The individual who applies to the measure receives a grant ranging from 35% to 60% depending on his/her income in order to perform energy upgrade measures to his/her property. The maximum budget for each building/apartment is:
- 50.000 Euros for a single apartment
- 80.000 Euros in the case of a multiple residents building.
During its second phase which started in 2020, the project's fund budget is €161,000,000 (total budget: €199,640,000).
