National project
The XTEJ is a local citizens' network which aims to tackle energy poverty through a fair energy transition. All members of the Network work to advance towards a new model of energy transition that is well-planned, democratic, participatory, socially fair and respectful of the values of the territory (biodiversity, natural and cultural heritage, etc.).
