Proyecto de Energías Renovables en Mercados Rurales / Renewable Energy Project in Rural Markets (PERMER)

Policies and Measures

The Renewable Energy Project in Rural Markets (PERMER) is an investment and technical assistance project that aims to ensure the supply of electricity to a part of the country's population that does not have access to electricity from the grid and will not have it in the short and medium term. This supply must be carried out in a sustainable manner and through the use of renewable energy generation sources (photovoltaic systems, wind, micro hydraulic turbines, etc.), thus contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
