Voucher to support vulnerable population to implement energy efficiency measures. In the second version of the program, beneficiaries were homeowners or tenats, beneficiaries of electricity social tariff and each could receive a maxium of three vouchers, each on the value of 1300€+VAT. Technicians helped beneficiaries fill out their applications and choose the best energy efficiency measures for their homes. Especially those in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and services with high energy consumption.
