Policies and Measures
Financing scheme to promote energy efficiency to population at risk of energy poverty and living in social housing and historic areas in Lisbon and Porto. The program will be implemented by municipalities, municipal housing companies, Private Institutions of Social Solidarity (IPSS), residents’ associations, and other public entities engaged in social activities. Insulation, heat pumps and window replacement are among the eligible interventions.
